The Flow of Food

This is an illustration assignment that I worked on in the Masters of Biomedical Communication program. The objective was to create a graphic representation of something that is "unseeable"... such as how food moves from the esophagus, through the stomach and into the small intestine.

Sigmoid Resection for Diverticulitis

This is a surgical sequence outlining the steps involved in a sigmoid resection for a patient suffering with diverticulitis. It was created in partnership with Kelsey Zhao, a friend and classmate from the Masters of Biomedical Communication program.
