Step 2: Flatting

Step 1: Sketch

An illustration of a dissected mediastinum, based off of a cadaveric specimen (T57A) in Grant's Museum at the University of Toronto. Completed as coursework in the Masters of Science in Biomedical Communications program at the University of Toronto.

An initial pencil sketch was made in the museum, which was scanned and edited in Photoshop. Flatting was done to add colours to specific sections in the image before final rendering.
